A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking, valid for services on the agreed date. Should rescheduling be necessary, pricing and availability will be reassessed.

Cancellations require a 24-hour notice. Otherwise, cancellations incur a flat-rate $125 fee. If a session is canceled, the fee will be credited toward one rescheduled date; any further cancellations will require a new session fee.

After 10 minutes, a $50 late fee is added onto your service. After 20 minutes, your service will be cancelled and you will be charged the cumulative rate of the service and late fee combined.
